A formula with a lineage
“A lineage is not inherited because we deserve it. It is entrusted to us because others believed we would protect it.”
The Heritage Formula
Formula YYK–TC–1 brings whole roots, stems, flowers, peels, spices, and aromatic resins into a balanced external-use liniment inspired by Southern martial herbal traditions.
Built around the traditional Southern martial principle of moving what has become stagnant after demanding practice.
Blood-moving, tendon-and-bone, warming, aromatic, and harmonizing herbs are brought together as one complete formula.
Prepared slowly and aged in darkness, allowing time—not haste—to shape the finished character of each batch.
Selected materia medica
Each production record documents ingredient identity, source, batch, preparation date, and filtration. The bottle label provides the complete ingredient declaration.

The Founder’s Batch
Our Heritage Batch is more than a preparation method. It is an act of stewardship.
Once a batch matures, a documented portion of the filtered liquid is carried into the next renewal. In this way, each new batch retains a tangible connection to what came before—teacher to student, year to year, one carefully kept record at a time.
The wider tradition honors Ying Yee Kwoon’s Hung Gar inheritance. This Dit Da Jow heritage practice begins with Jack Yee—one of Sifu Tony Lau’s Last Dragons—and is carried forward through clean, traceable production records for every bottle.
