Batch availability

The next Tiger & Crane Heritage Dit Da Jow batch becomes available for orders on November 1, 2026. The batch is limited to 30 bottles, with a maximum purchase of five bottles per order. Orders are accepted while inventory remains available.

A product shown on the site is not reserved until its checkout is completed. If an inventory issue affects a completed order, we will contact the purchaser using the email supplied at checkout.

Shipping coverage and rates

Dit Da Jow orders ship from ZIP code 01236. Shipping is available to the 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to U.S. territories where the selected carrier provides service.

A live domestic carrier rate is calculated from the delivery address and total packed shipment weight, which varies with the number of bottles ordered. The rate is presented during checkout before payment is completed. Please allow 7–10 business days for domestic shipping of Dit Da Jow orders. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.

Carrier insurance and transit claims

Carrier-provided shipping insurance is optional. To be eligible for a refund or replacement for a package lost or damaged in transit, the purchaser must select and pay for insurance when placing the order. Uninsured shipments are not eligible for a refund or replacement for carrier loss or transit damage, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Carrier coverage, documentation requirements, filing deadlines, and claim decisions apply. Retain the product and all original packaging, photograph visible damage, and email us promptly so the shipment record can be provided for the carrier claim.

Downloadable manuals

The Heritage Dit Da Jow Consumer Manual and The Teachings of Da Mo are downloadable e-books priced at $12.99 each. Either manual may be purchased in the same checkout as the bottled liniment.

All manual purchases are final. If a technical issue prevents access to the purchased file, contact us using the same email address used for the purchase so we can assist.

Privacy and payment

Information supplied for an order is used to process payment, fulfill the purchase, provide customer support, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Ying Yee Kwoon Heritage Collection does not sell customer personal information.

Release-list submissions include the visitor’s name, email address, expected bottle quantity, and optional manual interests. This information is used only to plan the release and send availability updates. Joining the list is not an order and does not reserve inventory. To update or remove a release-list entry, email us from the address that was submitted.

Squarespace checkout will accept Apple Pay, PayPal, debit cards, and credit cards. Payment information is handled by the secure payment providers and is not requested by email. Their privacy and security terms also apply to information entered during checkout.

External use and medical care

Dit Da Jow is offered as a cosmetic external-use preparation. Do not ingest it or apply it to broken or irritated skin, the eyes, or mucous membranes. Patch test before first use and stop use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children and pets and away from heat, sparks, and open flame.
